One evening a month (6:30-7:30pm EST) we will explore a fun teaching topic from the Enneagram, the chakras, healing energy in the body, connecting to your higher self and MORE! This particular class offers a Kriya helpful for anyone with anxiety, but in particular the Type 5 of the Enneagram!
