I use the body as a vehicle to access the deeper layers of who we are and how we heal.
Through somatic movement, Kundalini-inspired yoga, strength training, nervous system regulation, and self-exploration through the Enneagram and chakra system, I guide my clients back into a grounded, connected relationship with themselves.
You can work with me in a few ways:

I believe each of us carries a unique purpose. Part of mine is helping women reconnect to their strength and shine their light in a way that feels true, embodied, and sustainable.
I’ve been teaching movement since I was 18 years old.
Over the years, I’ve led everything from boot camps and spin classes to TRX and strength-based training. In 2020, I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, deepening my focus on strength, muscle health, and sustainable metabolism.
In 2022, I expanded into functional nutrition and metabolism through Sam Miller’s Functional Nutrition and Metabolism program, training in bloodwork assessment and protocol design for gut health, blood sugar regulation, cholesterol, and hormonal balance.
Alongside this work, I trained in subconscious reprogramming through Rachel Joy’s Total Recovery Practitioner certification and became a Reiki Master, expanding my ability to support clients emotionally and energetically.
Completing my 200-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training became the thread that tied it all together. It deepened my understanding of the nervous system, breathwork, and the subtle body. I was able to see how strength, metabolism, mindset, and energy work are not separate paths, but interconnected layers of the same healing process, and how each of us has the capacity to heal when we’re given the right tools and support.
Today, my work integrates strength training, metabolic health, nervous system regulation, and somatic healing into one cohesive, embodied approach.
