My journey to this current version of myself started a long time ago. My interest in fitness and food started when I was in my teens, and it did not come from a place of health. Instead, I had deep insecurities and self-hatred that I tried to manage by controlling my food and exercise. But it never mattered how lean I got, how strong, how fast, I was never good enough, and I was miserable. And I was miserable for decades. I didn't realize at the time that I was trying to solve a soul-level disconnection from the outside, and that never works.
I finally got fed up with trying to hate myself into a place of happiness, and I got serious about understanding the science of our metabolisms, why they do what they do, and how our bodies are deeply intelligent and resilient, responding to all the signals we send in the most protective way. This education gave me a deeper understanding of my body, but it didn't address the old beliefs about myself. They were still living in my body. In my tissues. In my subconscious.
I was ready to stop trying to fix myself. Stop trying to solve myself.
I was ready to start listening.
And that was when the deeper inner work found me— somatic healing, Kundalini-inspired practice, energy work, nervous system regulation, and subconscious patterning.
For over 20 years I’ve coached women in fitness. Today, my work is about something much deeper.
I guide women back into their bodies Not to control them, but to inhabit them.
Through somatic movement, nervous system regulation, Kundalini-inspired yoga, Reiki energy healing, creative integration, and soul-level insight, I help women:
• release limiting identity patterns
• build quiet, embodied strength
• reconnect with intuition
• reclaim their radiance
This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you are beneath the armor.
